My Company was only recently formed to carry out  EPC’s, I do not carry out HIP's but can arrange this through a third party.

I have Vast  experience in the Domestic Housing Market having worked as a Surveyor/Government Officer for over 30 Years for  Several of Teessides Local  Authorities.

As I am totally Independent You may use the information I provide to You to Sell your Property Privately or through Any Estate Agent,consequently I am not tied to any Estate Agent who may offer you cheaper EPC/HIP costs which in reality are subsidised by the Selling Fees you are charged

As well as Carrying out EPC,s I am currently performing Surveying & Compiance Management Duties for the MOD at Catterick Garrison,RAF Leeming & Topcliffe Barracks.

All Surveyors who perform EPC/HIP Inspections must be Government Approved & belong to an Accreditation Scheme.

I was trained under the ABBE scheme (Awarding Body for the Built Environment) & am Accredited through Stroma
