(1)                     Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the agreement between you the Client/Customer & the Accredited Domestic Energy Assessor & you must  accept these terms and conditions in full if you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, do not sign & accept/agree to the arrangement

(2)                     Intellectual property rights

Unless otherwise stated, the DEA owns the intellectual property rights of the EPC & all material used to avail the EPC until fully paid for by the client

(3)                     Access to the downloadable or printed EPC                

You may download for and print the EPC from the website for your own personal use, subject

to the restrictions below. 

You must not:

(a) use the EPC for any other purpose other than its original intended use

(b) sell, or lend to other parties unless they are prospective purchasers

(c) reproduce, duplicate, copy or otherwise exploit  the EPC or associated material for a commercial purpose other than its original intended use

(c) edit or otherwise modify the EPC or associated material

 (4) Limitations of liability

The EPC & associated information is obtained by the DEA carrying out a survey of the property based on the Building Regulations applicable at the time of Construction & any Extensions or Alterations based on the same criteria,we are not responsible for any incorrect information supplied to the DEA by the Owner/Occupiers 

Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit our liability for fraud, for death or

personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability which cannot be excluded or

limited under applicable law.

[(5) Restricted access

Access to certain areas of the Property may be  restricted.  We reserve the right to continue the Inspection but will make Assumptions based on the Building Regulation at the time of Construction but will indicate this in the Site notes

We will provide you with the necessary information to enable you to download your EPC if you

do not have internet access then we can arrange a Paper Copy to be issued.(This will be at

 an Extra cost)

(6 Variation

We may revise these terms and conditions from time-to-time.

(7) Entire agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of our EPC & associated materials

(8) Law and jurisdiction

This notice will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and any disputes relating to this notice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

(9)The DEA is Accreditated through an Approved Body as authorised by British Law & the Current Regulations according to the EU Directive of 4th January 2006

(10)The fees for EPC's only are currently ,

Any properties which fall outside the above catergories will be based on a Quotation or negotiated fixed price.

 (11) Arrangements for Payment can be made via Personal Cheque,Cash or BACS,however the Documents will only be released once the funds have cleared
